CrossFit Games athlete Emma Cary has a busy season ahead. Not just with the training, but with his personal, academic and professional life. At the start of the new year, the 17-year-old will start the 2022 Games season with a different zip code and a full-time athlete now that she has graduated from high school.

After spending all of Cary’s career CrossFit training in her hometown of Marshfield, Missouri, she is now heading to Sunshine State to train in Naples, Fla. Under the guidance of her trainer, Matt Torres, co-owner of CrossFit North of Naples and head coach with Brute strength training. The move comes shortly after Cary graduated from high school in December and went from student-athlete to full-time athlete.
